After years of experience as a support worker, our founder realised that the existing system often overlooked individual needs and support worker voices. This realisation inspired her to establish a service where ability and potential are at the forefront.

At Your Ability Care, our mission is clear: to offer support that genuinely focuses on each person’s abilities rather than their disabilities. Our founder wanted to build a service where positivity, person-centred care, and meaningful change are integral. By prioritising a person’s strengths and providing a platform for support workers to contribute, we aim to foster an environment that encourages growth and achievement.

Starting the business independently, our founder has since assembled a dedicated team comprising Management, Support Workers, Support Coordinators, and Psychosocial Recovery Coaches. As we grow, we remain committed to expanding our team and collaborating with other professionals. This collaboration helps us continuously enhance our services and stay informed, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional care.
